In most instances, there won’t be any cost to you for our advice or services, as we are paid by the bank or lenders.
However, for some circumstances, we do need to charge a fee, but this will be discussed with you first, so that you can decide whether or not to proceed prior to any charges being implemented, or put in place. The cost of not receiving the right advice, can be far greater, so don’t hesitate to reach out and book in a time to talk through things. -
Our software, Trail, will capture all of the numbers that we’ll need to get things underway, this will include things like your employment details, income, assets, and monthly expenses.
This is the same information that the bank will ask you for, however, with us, you’ll only need to provide it once, and then we can present your information to various banks or lenders to help you make an informed decision. -
At the end of our meeting, provided we’ve been given all of the information we need, then you should have a strong indication of what options might be possible. We have access to all of the banks lending calculators, so will work through these with you during our meeting to help provide an indication.
Following our meeting, when we have all of the paperwork, we’ll approach the bank or lender we recommended in our meeting, and look to secure a formal approval for you. Banks and lenders can take up to ten working days (sometimes longer), so please bear with us during this time, however, we will give you an indication on banks turnaround times at the time, based on what we’re seeing in the market.
